If I use Mod Podge glue with vellum paper will it show through a votive candle holder?
Not quite sure what you're doing or wanting to know, but if you're just asking about the Mod Podge, it should dry totally clear just like any other white glue would. So as long as you had spread it out relatively smoothly, it shouldn't show through any translucent surface, including vellum.

Decorative Candles Make For A Relaxed Room
Decorative candles make great decorations and can help people feel at home too. The haze light provided by the candles and the steady flicker of the flames help a lot of people who have trouble sleeping relax. Some candles even have scents that add to its functionality, for bedrooms most candles are lavender scented which are great ways to induce sleep.
One of the most critical subdivisions of decorative candles are votive candles. It may be a loved one's birthday or a Christmas celebration. Even retail stores have used candles as a way to celebrate the seminal event. They are also used for diversion and to foster a certain atmosphere in the home for relaxation.
Votive candles are darling. They only measure two inches tall by one and a half inches in diameter. Consistently, these candles were both white or beeswax candles, which were yellow but times have changed and now you can get them in a variety of colors and scents.
